Innego is a modifier-exclusive entity in the Roblox survival game Grace (developed by The Fartering Few), introduced in the GRACE BUT EVIL update. It does not spawn during standard runs by default; players must activate its dedicated modifier or possess its bound trait to encounter it.
Unlike wandering pursuers that roam rooms automatically, Innego relies on a body-part assembly mechanic that triggers an unavoidable lethal chase once all of its scattered pieces are collected.
How to Spawn Innego: The ГОЛЕМ Modifier
Innego only appears when the run includes its specific modifier, selected through the modifier elevator or custom lobby settings.
| Modifier Name | XP Gain | Effect Description |
|---|---|---|
| ГОЛЕМ | +16% XP | Innego begins appearing in the run. |
The modifier name "ГОЛЕМ" translates to "GOLEM" in Russian and "BIG" in Macedonian. Innego is one of the few modifier entities in Grace that features no secondary sub-modifiers modifying its direct behavior.
Appearance and Visual Design
Innego presents a monochrome, split-tone design reminiscent of Doppel, featuring a body that is half white and half black.
Key visual characteristics include:
- A golem-like head flanked by three horns on each side.
- A torso with a distinct hollow hole directly in its center.
- Transparent limbs upon initial appearance while detached from the body.
- When fully assembled, three arrow-shaped fingers without palms, heavy arms resembling anchor chains, and bulky feet replaced by spikes.
Up close, Innego emits audible breathing sounds. When a player equips the rainbow skin, this breathing audio is replaced by the track "Caramelldansen."
Innego Mechanics and Behavior
When active, Innego begins as an incomplete hologram following the player from a distance. Its detached limbs appear throughout upcoming rooms along your route.
- Limb Attraction: Scattered limbs slowly drift toward the player when they get close.
- Assembly Requirement: Each collected limb attaches to the torso. It requires all 5 limbs to become lethal.
- The Chase: Once fully assembled, Innego raises its arms and sprints toward the player while steadily accelerating.
- Lethal Contact: Because Innego continuously speeds up once assembled, it is impossible to outrun over a long distance. Touching Innego results in instant death.
- Light Immunity: Flashing Innego with a Flashlight, Lantern, or any other light source has no effect and will not slow or repel it.
- Saferoom Reset: Reaching a Saferoom resets Innego completely. All gathered limbs disappear, leaving only the torso piece behind for the next section. While individual pieces can sometimes spawn inside Saferooms, entering the room removes the piece itself.
Innego Badges
Surviving encounters with Innego unlocks specific achievements, several of which feature Cyrillic names.
| Badge Name | Translation / Meaning | Unlock Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| TO EARN | — | Survive reaching a Saferoom with Innego active in the run. |
| ДРЕМЛЮЩИЙ ГИГАНТ | "Sleeping Giant" (or "Dormant Giant") | Survive reaching a Saferoom with 2 Innegos active (using the modifier plus the Shift trait). |
| БЕССЕРДЕЧНЫЙ ЗВЕРЬ | "Heartless Beast" | Enter a Saferoom after fully assembling Innego's entire body. |
For the "БЕССЕРДЕЧНЫЙ ЗВЕРЬ" badge, players must deliberately gather all five limbs to trigger the chase and successfully slide or step into the Saferoom before Innego catches up to kill them.
